This role is for someone who can handle customers, close conversations, and help drive revenue. If you’re slow, easily overwhelmed, or need constant direction, this is not for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Respond to inbound leads (calls, texts,
Qualify customers and guide them toward booking
Follow up with leads consistently (this is where most money is made)
Book jobs directly into our system
Communicate clearly with customers and team
Help improve scripts, systems, and workflows over time
Who You Are:
Fast responder (speed = money here)
Strong communicator with clear English
Organized and detail-oriented
Calm under pressure
Coachable, but also able to think independently
Competitive—you want to win, not just “do tasks”
Compensation:
$600 a month plus bonus pay
Performance-based bonuses available
Opportunity to increase earnings based on performance

Schedule:
Availability between 7am–8pm MST
Full-time preferred
Final schedule determined after hiring
Training:
Full training provided
You’ll be given scripts, systems, and support
Your results depend on how well you execute
