JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Designer to support our gifting and product sourcing operations. Unlike traditional graphic design roles, this position focuses on product sourcing, packaging design, and coordination. You will work closely with sourcing, creative, and operations teams to develop gift products that are visually appealing, cost-efficient, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Coordination: Assist in sourcing products from domestic and international suppliers, including those in China and Pakistan.
- Packaging Design: Conceptualize and design gift packaging, trays, and boxes in alignment with product specifications.
- Production Readiness: Collaborate with the Gift Product Manager to ensure designs are production-ready and cost-efficient.
- Aesthetic Input: Provide input on product presentation, layout, and packaging aesthetics
- Implementation: Work with suppliers and production teams to implement design concepts effectively.
- Scalability: Ensure designs are scalable for high-volume launches (50–100 products annually).
- Continuous Improvement: Review and improve existing products for visual appeal, functionality, and cost efficiency.

What You’ll Need (Requirements)
- Proven experience in product design, packaging design, or merchandising.
- Experience with product sourcing and supplier coordination.
- Ability to balance aesthetic quality with production feasibility and cost constraints.
- English proficiency (spoken and written) and strong organizational skills.
- A creative mindset with strong visual and conceptual skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in eCommerce, gifting, or consumer product industries.
- Familiarity with international sourcing and vendor management.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of graphic or CAD tools.
