JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a reliable, proactive VA to grow with me long-term. What you'll be doing:

Communications & Outreach:
Manage and organize my inbox
Draft responses to emails and DMs
Draft outreach messages to potential collaborators, podcast guests, and speakers
Respond to comments on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn

Social Media & Content:
Schedule and post content in advance across platforms (content provided by our social media creator)
Update the link in bio on WordPress every two weeks to align with new video releases
Participate in Reddit communities on my behalf

Research & Admin:
Conduct research on topics I assign (marketing, platforms, potential collaborators, etc.)

Retreats & Events:
Help with logistics and planning for virtual summits
Help with logistics and planning for in-person retreats
Coordinate scheduling with guests, speakers, and collaborators

Travel:
Research and book travel: flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities

Who you are:
Excellent written communicator — you write with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
Very tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly
Trustworthy and discreet
Reliable with strong follow-through; you don't let things fall through the cracks
Proactive — you flag things, ask good questions, and take initiative

Must have very strong written English

Number of hours and wage are flexible/negotiable

Ideal candidates are comfortable with platforms such as: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Missive, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, YouTube Studio, Buffer, WordPress, Kit (ConvertKit), ThriveCart, Stripe, Captivate, Asana, Notion, Zoom, Calendly, Reddit, Airbnb, and Claude (AI).
