JOB OVERVIEW

Video Editor Wanted – YouTube Content Production (30 Videos/Month)

We are looking for a professional and experienced video editor to handle the full video creation process, producing high-quality YouTube content (approximately 20 minutes per video, 30 videos per month).

The ideal candidate or team will have:

A proven track record producing successful faceless or narration-based YouTube content
Strong knowledge of YouTube community guidelines, copyright rules, and fair use policies
Advanced editing skills and access to licensed stock footage platforms
Experience using VidIQ or TubeBuddy for optimization
The ability to consistently produce monetization-compliant videos

We want to work with you if:

You have experience creating bingeable, high-retention YouTube content
You understand pacing, transitions, and engagement mechanics that keep viewers watching
You thrive under deadlines and deliver consistently without excessive revisions
You are organized, communicative, and have reliable turnaround times
You can deliver assets via Google Drive, Monday.com, or Trello
You have a sense of humor and can bring personality to the content

Video Requirements:

Workflow: 10-second hook intro ? channel intro ? subscribe/IG call-to-action overlays ? engaging body content ? channel end screen
Content edited in a fun, entertaining style with strong pacing and humor where appropriate
Copyright-free sound effects and background music added tastefully throughout
Source and use only copyright-free or properly licensed footage (stock footage access required)
Edit in a high-retention style with CTR and watch time in mind
1080p HD minimum; use of lower-thirds, text overlays, and transitions where applicable
Professional software only: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
