Part-Time Social Media Manager (Events + Brewery Marketing)
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to support our brewery’s digital presence and event promotion. This is a part-time role focused on content creation, community engagement, and local event marketing.
The ideal candidate understands Instagram strategy, has a strong eye for design, and knows how to build authentic engagement.
Responsibilities
(1) Content Creation & Event Promotion
Design eye-catching event graphics (flyers, IG posts, story assets)
Upload and manage events on Eventbrite
Distribute event flyers across relevant local community calendars and platforms
Ensure all event listings are accurate, branded, and optimized for visibility
(2) Instagram Management & Strategy
Plan and organize monthly Instagram feed (content calendar)
Develop and execute a story-based marketing strategy
Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
(3) Daily Engagement (Organic Growth)
Engage 15 minutes per day, 5 days/week on Instagram:
Respond to comments and messages
Interact via stories (polls, replies, reactions)
Leave thoughtful, real comments (not emojis or generic responses)
Build authentic relationships with local followers and community members
(4) Video & Reels
Edit and publish 2 Instagram Reels per month
Optimize content for reach, engagement, and discoverability
(5) Competitive & Market Research
Analyze other breweries and local competitors
Identify trends, successful campaigns, and content ideas
Recommend strategies to stay competitive and relevant
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time (approx. 5-7 hours/week)
Flexible schedule with consistent weekly deliverables
Rate: $6 USD/hour (based on experience)
