The Dispositions Assistant supports the Dispositions Manager in marketing, qualifying buyers, and selling investment properties off market. This role focuses on executing disposition processes, managing buyer communication, and keeping deals moving toward contract and closing. It is ideal for someone looking to grow into a Dispositions Manager role in a fast-paced real estate investing environment.
The ideal DISC style is a High D / Mid I: someone who is driven, takes initiative, customer service oriented, and requires minimal hand holding. This person should be able to work independently and work aggressively to connect with buyers and sell investment properties off market.
Key Responsibilities
Property Marketing & Listing Support
- Assist in preparing properties for disposition, including photos, descriptions, pricing guidance, and marketing materials
- Post and manage property listings across internal platforms, buyer lists, and third-party channels
- Ensure property information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
Buyer Management & Communication
- Respond to inbound buyer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Qualify buyers based on proof of funds, experience, and intent
- Schedule property access, walkthroughs, and inspections as needed
- Maintain active communication with buyers to drive urgency and interest
Offer & Contract Support
- Collect, organize, and summarize buyer offers for review
- Assist with contract preparation and execution under guidance of the Dispositions Manager
- Track deadlines related to earnest money, inspections, and contingencies
Transaction Coordination Support
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closings
- Monitor transaction milestones and proactively flag issues or delays
- Ensure documentation is complete and properly stored
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Update CRM and disposition systems with buyer activity, offers, and status changes
- Track key metrics such as days on market, offer volume, and contract-to-close timelines
- Assist with reporting on disposition performance and outcomes
Success Metrics

- Adherence to timelines and transaction milestones
- Reduction of disposition bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate investing operations, wholesaling, and dispositions
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to take direction and execute consistently
- Tech-savvy with CRM and workflow systems
Compensation
Pay rate: $5-$6 per hour, based on experience, plus lucrative bonus for each closed investment deal.
Schedule: 48 hours per week (It could be more based on workload)
