Location: Remote (Philippines Preferred)
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)


Compensation
• $300/month base salary
• $10 per submitted application
• $50 per funded deal (from your submission)

Expected Earnings: $700+/month minimum


Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Representative with strong outbound calling and financial communication skills to join our team.

This role is focused on re-engaging existing leads and converting them into active funding opportunities. You will be speaking directly with business owners, understanding their financial needs, and guiding them through the funding process.

This is not an appointment setting role. You are responsible for driving the process forward during the call by:
• Getting applications completed
• Securing bank statements
• Moving prospects toward funding

You will be working with leads who have previously shown interest but may have gone cold. Your role is to re-open conversations, build trust, and convert interest into action.


Responsibilities
• Make 400–500 outbound calls per day using an auto dialer
• Re-engage aged or inactive business funding leads
• Speak with business owners to identify funding needs
• Clearly present funding options and next steps
• Guide prospects through completing applications
• Secure bank statements and required documents (mandatory)
• Handle objections and maintain control of conversations
• Follow up consistently via calls and text until completion
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline updates


Tools
• CRM: GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Auto dialer + SMS system provided


Requirements
• Strong spoken English with a confident and professional tone
• Experience in sales, cold calling, or financial services
• Comfortable speaking with business owners about finances
• Ability to handle objections and guide conversations effectively
• Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment
• Persistent, organized, and results-driven
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

• Consistent daily call volume (400–500 calls)
• Steady flow of applications submitted weekly
• Consistent collection of bank statements and documents
• Strong follow-up and pipeline management
• Ability to convert inactive leads into funded deals
