Hey, I’m Maddie, founder of
We’re hiring a full time Customer Success Manager who owns outcomes, not just relationships.
This is not a check-in role. You make sure clients get results, stay aligned, and feel confident working with us.
What you’ll do
- Manage client expectations clearly and proactively
- Ensure clients hit outcomes (visibility, rankings, wins)
- Run onboarding and guide clients on strategy
- Monitor performance and flag risks early
- Communicate updates, wins, and blockers
- Escalate issues to engineering with clear context
- Be the bridge between client and team
What we’re looking for
- Strong, proactive communication
- Strong english; Comfortable speaking on calls with clients
- You’ve managed clients and driven outcomes before
- You can handle ambiguity and move fast
- You are organized and detail oriented
- You take ownership end to end, result oriented
Bonus
- Experience with B2B SaaS or agencies
- Familiarity with SEO, Reddit, or AI tools
- Technical fluency working with engineers
Hours:
- 7am–3pm Pacific (USA timezone)
Salary
- $3,000/month starting
- Quarterly reviews with meaningful raises based on ownership and impact
