Call inbound and outbound leads (U.S. customers)
Help customers choose the right mobility scooter or wheelchair
Follow up with leads via phone,
Answer questions and overcome objections
Close sales and hit weekly targets
Update CRM (HubSpot) with notes and follow-ups
???? What We’re Looking For
Strong English speaking skills (clear, confident, conversational)
Sales experience (DME experience is a BIG plus)
Comfortable making calls and handling objections
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
