Job Title: Social Media Manager (Part-Time) – Coaching & Education Startup
About the Role
We are a growing coaching platform built on Kajabi, dedicated to supporting parents and students navigating the college journey. We are looking for a creative, organized, and collaborative Social Media Manager to join our remote team.
You won't be working in a vacuum—you will be a vital part of our production engine, collaborating directly with our Project Manager, IT Professional, and Copywriter to bring our brand to life online.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management: Execute and manage consistent posting schedules across Instagram, X
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Copywriter to align captions with brand voice and coordinate with our IT/PM team to ensure links and funnels are functioning correctly.
Task Management: Follow workflows and meet deadlines assigned by the Project Manager via our project management tools.
Community Engagement: Monitor comments and messages to maintain a supportive environment for our community of parents and students.
Requirements
Social Media Savvy: Proven experience managing professional accounts on IG, X, FB, and YouTube.
Kajabi Familiarity: While you don't need to be an expert, an understanding of how social media integrates with a Kajabi-based business is a major plus.
Team Player: You enjoy collaborating and take direction well from a Project Manager.
Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of a growing startup.
Communication: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
