JOB OVERVIEW

Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Growth Marketer to join our team. This
role starts with a 2-week trial period and offers a clear path to becoming a Partner upon
successfully landing a client.

Key Responsibilities
During the trial period, you’ll take ownership of a high-impact outreach campaign where your
goal is to secure at least one client while building valuable real-world sales experience. You’ll
connect with potential clients by sending 400 thoughtfully crafted emails and follow-ups, while
also researching and identifying 400 high-quality prospects that match our ideal client profile.

Daily Tasks Include
- Prospecting ideal SaaS and mobile app clients
- Data entry and lead qualification
- Sending personalized outbound emails using templates
- Scheduling and managing follow-ups
- Reporting daily progress and metrics

Ideal Candidate
- Highly proactive with strong ownership mindset
- Consistent and disciplined with daily output
- Strong written communication (casual, conversational style)
- Comfortable with repetitive outreach tasks
- Willing to learn and follow structured systems

2-Week Trial Goals
- Send 400 emails + follow-ups
- Source and qualify leads
- Turn 1 lead to a client
