JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast growing YouTube channel called
Brokeisover producing premium documentary style
videos about celebrity money stories, wealth
building and financial motivation.

We are looking for a talented video editor who
can create cinematic, engaging documentary style
videos that feel like Netflix — keeping viewers
watching all the way through.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Long Form Videos (2 per month, 20-40 min each):
- Source celebrity clips from interviews,
press conferences and news footage
- Source real photos of celebrities
from their career
- Edit everything together with AI voiceover
narration telling the full story
- Add brokeisover logo transitions
between sections
- Add bold text overlays and captions
throughout
- Add cinematic background music
that fits the mood
- Export clean final video for YouTube

The style should feel like a premium
documentary — professional, cinematic,
and engaging from first second to last.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong experience editing long form
YouTube documentary style content
- Ability to source celebrity footage
and photos independently
- Proficient in CapCut or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong eye for cinematic storytelling
- Experience matching visuals to
voiceover narration
- Reliable daily communication via WhatsApp
- Available to start immediately

NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with channels like Magnates Media,
Jake Tran or similar documentary channels
- Understanding of YouTube algorithm
and watch time optimization
- Experience with copyright safe
footage sourcing

HOURS: Part time, flexible schedule
SALARY: $200 per video ($400/month for 2 videos)
COMMUNICATION: Daily updates via WhatsApp
GROWTH: Pay and role grows as channel grows
