We are looking for a highly skilled Media Buyer to take full ownership of our paid advertising across Meta
This is a performance-driven role. We are not looking for someone who just launches campaigns — we need someone who understands how to scale, optimize, and drive profitable results.
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing ad campaigns for our e-commerce brands. Your role will directly impact revenue, so strong decision-making and data analysis are critical.
Your responsibilities will include launching and managing campaigns on Meta and TikTok, testing multiple creatives and angles, monitoring performance daily, scaling winning campaigns, cutting underperforming ads, and making data-driven decisions based on key metrics. You will also be required to collaborate closely with the creative and copy team to improve ad performance and provide clear daily updates on what is working, what is not, and why.
We are looking for someone with proven experience running profitable e-commerce campaigns on Meta and TikTok, strong understanding of key metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, CPM), the ability to analyze data and make quick optimization decisions, and experience working with multiple campaigns and budgets. You must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
Bonus if you have experience with scaling campaigns, testing frameworks, and working in fast-paced performance marketing environments.
This role is not suitable for beginners, slow responders, or individuals who require constant guidance. We are looking for someone who takes ownership and delivers results.
