Social Media Manager & Content Strategist (Real Estate) – Remote | Full-Time
We are a fast-growing real estate brand based in San Antonio, Texas, focused on building a strong personal brand and generating consistent inbound leads through social media.
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager who understands not just how to post—but how to turn content into attention, engagement, and closed deals.
Primary Objective
Your role is to help build a powerful online presence that:
Grows our audience
Establishes authority in real estate
Generates qualified buyer and seller leads
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Distribution
Post daily content across:
- Instagram
- TikTok

- YouTube Shorts
- YouTube (1 - 2 times per week)
- Google Business Profile
Repurpose video content across all platforms for maximum reach
Optimize posting times and formats per platform
Content Strategy & Planning
Create and manage a weekly content calendar
Plan content around:
- Lead generation
- Brand building
- Engagement and growth
Develop a mix of:
Educational content
Storytelling content
Authority-building content
Conversion-focused content
Script Writing (HIGH PRIORITY)
Script both short-form and long-form video content
Create:
- Scroll-stopping hooks
- Engaging, structured scripts
- Strong CTAs that drive action (DMs, leads, follows)
- Continuously improve scripts based on performance data
Caption Writing & SEO
Write engaging captions optimized for:
- SEO keywords
- Audience engagement
- Conversions
Trend & Market Research
Research trending content, formats, and hooks daily
Analyze top-performing real estate creators
Adapt trends to fit our brand and audience
Engagement & Community Management
Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely, professional manner
Engage with potential clients and local audiences
Proactively interact with relevant content to grow reach
Lead Generation & Tracking
Track and organize leads generated from content
Identify which platforms and content types generate leads
Assist with basic follow-up systems or tagging leads
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Provide weekly reports including:
- Top-performing content (and why it worked)
- Engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, saves)
- Watch time and retention
- Follower growth
- Leads generated
Use insights to continuously improve strategy
Content Repurposing & Expansion
Turn short-form content into:
- Long-form YouTube videos

- Blog-style content (if applicable)
Content Idea & Hook Library
Maintain a running database of:
- Viral hooks
- Content ideas
- Trending topics
- Funnel & Conversion Thinking
- Ensure every piece of content has a purpose:
- Awareness
- Engagement
- Lead generation
- Direct viewers toward clear next steps:
- DM
- Link click
- Website inquiry
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in social media management (real estate preferred)
Strong understanding of:
- TikTok & Instagram algorithms
- Short-form and long-form content strategy
- Hook creation and audience retention
- Content that converts into leads
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Creative, proactive, and strategic thinker
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)
Experience with paid ads (Meta / Google)
Graphic design (Canva)
Familiarity with U.S. real estate market
