JOB OVERVIEW

DENTAL VAs

Growing DENTAL CLINICS looking for 4-5 experienced Virtual Assistants, preferably with direct experience supporting a dental clinic (non-BPO).

???? Position Details:
• Full-time | Long-term | Remote
• $5–$6/hour (based on experience)
• Paid U.S. Holidays

???? Clinic Details:
• Specialty: General Dentistry
• EHR/EMR: OpenDental / Dentrix / Orynx (varies per clinic)
• Location: U.S.-based clinics (including California)

???? Open Roles:

VA 1: Sales Specialist

• Strong sales background required
• Conduct outreach calls to patients who haven’t visited in over 2 years
• Focus on reactivating leads and converting them into booked appointments

VA 2: Insurance Specialist

• Must have solid dental experience
• Highly proficient in insurance workflows
• Strong understanding of insurance processes (verification, claims, follow-ups, etc.)
• EHR: Orynx

VA 3: Insurance Specialist (California Focus)

• Strong dental insurance experience required
• Must be highly proficient in California insurance workflows
• Experience with California Medicare plans preferred
• EHR: OpenDental

VA 4: Insurance & Admin Specialist

• Highly proficient in:
• Insurance workflows
• Insurance benefits & breakdowns
• EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)
• Insurance verification
• Responsible for confirming appointments (2 weeks out)
• EHR: Dentrix

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Experienced in dental/medical VA work (non-BPO preferred)
• Strong communicators and confident handling patient interactions
