YouTube Video Editor – Long Interview ? Clips, Shorts & Full Edit (URGENT)

**Job Description:**
I’m looking for a skilled video editor to transform a 1 hour 54 minute interview (MP4 file) into a full YouTube video, mini episodes, and short-form content for social media.

This project also includes removing a translator from the video and cleaning up the audio so the final result feels natural and professional.

I need someone who understands pacing, storytelling, and how to create engaging content across platforms.

**Scope of Work:**

**1. Full-Length Video**

* Edit the full interview for YouTube
* Clean cuts, remove unnecessary pauses
* Remove translator visually where possible
* Clean up or replace translator audio
* Add basic polish (audio leveling, color correction, etc.)
* Add timestamps/chapters (if possible)

**2. Mini Episodes (YouTube Clips)**

* Break the interview into **10–15 strong segments**
* Each clip should focus on a clear topic or takeaway
* Length: ~5–12 minutes each
* Optimized for engagement and retention

**3. Short-Form Content**

* Create **20–40 short clips** for:

* TikTok
* Instagram (Reels)
* YouTube Shorts
* Length: 20–60 seconds
* Vertical format (9:16)
* Add captions (bold, engaging style)
* Use jump cuts / zooms to keep attention high
* Strong hook in first 1–2 seconds

**Key Requirements:**

* Proven experience editing YouTube interviews or podcast-style content
* Strong storytelling instincts (knows what to cut and what to keep)
* Audio editing skills (cleanup, voice adjustment/replacement if needed)
* Ability to remove or crop out a third person (translator) cleanly
* Familiar with short-form content trends (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)

* Experience with AI voice tools or dubbing
* Motion graphics for subtle transitions
* Thumbnail suggestions or packaging insight

* 1 full edited interview (YouTube-ready)
