About Us
Degold Media LTD is a fast-growing digital media company producing content across multiple verticals. We're looking for a skilled eBook Designer to join our international remote team on a full-time basis.
The Role
You'll be responsible for designing professional, visually engaging eBooks from start to finish. This includes layout design, typography, cover design, and preparing final files for digital distribution. You'll work closely with our content and creative teams to turn written material into polished digital products.
What You'll Do

Design and layout eBooks across a variety of topics and styles
Create eye-catching eBook covers
Format text, images, and graphics for clean, readable layouts
Ensure all files are optimized for major platforms (Kindle, Apple Books, PDF)
Maintain brand consistency across projects
Collaborate with writers and project managers via ---------- and Trello
Deliver work on time across multiple concurrent projects

What We're Looking For

Proven experience designing eBooks or similar digital publications
Strong portfolio showcasing layout design, typography, and cover work
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (Canva is a plus but not a substitute)
Familiarity with ePub/Kindle formatting requirements
Ability to manage multiple projects with fast turnarounds
Strong communication skills in English
Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment using ---------- and Trello
Reliable internet and a professional home setup

Nice to Have

Experience with Affinity Publisher or Vellum
Motion graphics or basic video editing skills
Understanding of direct-to-consumer digital product design
