Overview:
I am building a personal brand focused on discipline, productivity, fitness, and entrepreneurship. I am looking for a skilled Video Editor who can also repurpose content into written formats such as social posts and blog drafts.
This is a long-term role with consistent weekly work and the opportunity to grow as the brand develops.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing
Edit YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok videos from raw footage
Create clean, engaging edits with captions, cuts, and simple transitions
Maintain a minimal, professional style
Content Repurposing
Transcribe video content into text
Extract key points and turn them into:
Social media posts
Captions
Short written content
Assist in turning video content into blog drafts
Content Optimisation
Add subtitles and on-screen text
Suggest hooks, titles, and captions
Improve engagement through pacing and structure
Requirements:
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Good written English (important for transcription and content writing)
Ability to identify key
Attention to detail and consistency
Nice to Have:
Experience with YouTube Shorts / TikTok growth
Basic understanding of personal branding content
Experience repurposing content across platforms
Working Style:
I will provide raw video footage
Clear instructions will be given (via Loom when needed)
Mix of regular weekly tasks and batch work
Initial Trial Tasks:
Edit 1 YouTube Short from raw footage
Transcribe and create 3 social media posts from the video
Suggest 3 titles/hooks for the content
Hours & Pay:
Starting at 5–10 hours per week (flexible based on workload and performance)
Opportunity to grow into a larger role over time
