ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are a fast-growing travel and expedition company based in El Nido, Palawan, operating daily tours, private expeditions, and multi-day experiences for international clients.
Our operations involve boats, drivers, guides, logistics teams, and multiple on-site partners, across El Nido, Coron, and Puerto Princesa.
We are now looking for a strong, hands-on Operations Manager to act as the founder’s right hand on the ground - someone who can supervise teams, enforce standards, detect issues early, and ensure operations run reliably every day.
This is not a remote role. This is a field-based leadership position.

• Enforce discipline, accountability, and high standards across all teams
• Coordinate with partners and suppliers to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery
• Implement and improve processes, SOPs, and operational structure as the company grows
• Support team leaders, train staff, and ensure alignment across all locations

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English, and comfortable working with both local teams and international clients
• Willing to be based in El Nido and travel regularly to Coron and Puerto Princesa
