JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing Chicago-based Property Management Company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Virtual Assistant with solid accounting experience. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who values accuracy, accountability, and financial discipline.

Responsibilities:

* Process utilities, rent, and vendor payments on time
* Manage and match expenses in QuickBooks Online
* Assist with payroll processing
* Perform account reconciliations
* Support preparation of P&L and Cash Flow reports
* Assist with 1099-NEC (Miscellaneous and Rent) preparation
* Generate financial reports and performance metrics

Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of accounting/bookkeeping experience
* Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
* Familiar in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, reporting, tracking)
* Good understanding of financial statements
* Highly organized and detail-oriented

Compensation:

* 2-week to 1-month paid trial period
* Starting rate: $5 USD/hour
* Performance-based rate increase after trial period
* Long-term growth opportunity
