Description:
We are looking for a high-level Talent Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of our hiring process across multiple roles (marketing, sales, operations, and technical positions).
This is NOT an assistant role. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting only top-tier candidates.
Responsibilities:
Write and optimize job postings
Source candidates across multiple platforms
Conduct initial interviews and video screenings
Evaluate candidates based on structured scorecards
Coordinate skills tests and trial tasks
Present only the top 2–3 candidates per role
Improve and manage the hiring pipeline
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruiting (remote/international hiring preferred)
Strong communication and evaluation skills
Ability to identify high performers vs low-quality candidates
Organized and process-driven
Compensation:
Base salary + performance bonus per successful hire
Important:
This role requires independent thinking. You will be expected to make hiring recommendations, not just pass resumes.
