About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.
If you enjoy talking to people, can handle cold calls, and want a stable long-term remote job with a US company — this is for you.
You will be the first point of contact with potential clients and play a key role in growing our business.

What You’ll Do
- Make cold calls to B2B clients
- Briefly present the product and assess client interest
- Schedule qualified appointments (discovery calls and demos) and smoothly hand off interested clients to the Account Executive team.
- Handle objections calmly and professionally
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for outreach (calls and emails) and qualified appointments set.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all prospecting activities, client interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM system.

- Strong spoken English (clear and confident)
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for long periods
- Experience in cold calling / sales / appointment setting is a plus
- Friendly, confident, and positive attitude
- Goal-driven and motivated to earn bonuses
- Fast learner and coachable
- Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for professional calls.
- Familiarity with the B2B SaaS, financial technology, or online payments industries is a significant plus.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet quantifiable performance goals.

Work Schedule
- Must be available during US Eastern Time (EST) hours
- This is a night shift role (Philippine time)
