Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls as your primary responsibility to generate new leads and grow our client base
Conduct consistent follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and convert them into booked appointments
Handle inbound calls as they come in and assist potential clients
Maintain and update the client master list, ensuring all calls, notes, and appointments are accurately logged
Assign appointments to cleaners and help manage scheduling
Provide general administrative support to assist with daily operations as needed

Requirements:
Must be very comfortable with and genuinely enjoy cold calling
At least 1 year of experience in outbound calling within the cleaning industry
At least 2 years of recent experience in pure outbound calling in BPO or as a VA
Outgoing and confident personality, with a strong drive to turn a “no” into a “yes”
High sense of responsibility and accountability in handling tasks and follow-ups
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proven ability to handle objections and convert leads into appointments
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently
