JOB OVERVIEW

We're Exit Forward Holdings, a Perth-based equity growth firm that partners with founder-led businesses. We own and operate Dilate Digital (one of WA's leading digital marketing agencies), Online Creative Dudes, and a growing portfolio of businesses across Australia.

We're looking for a skilled brand designer based in the Philippines to join our team part-time, working Australian hours (9am–5pm AWST / Perth time). This role has a clear path to full-time for the right person as our portfolio grows.

You'll work directly with the two founders on design work across our brands, capabilities documents, presentations, brand assets, social content, and digital collateral. We have a strong brand identity and clear guidelines. What we need is someone who can execute inside that system with precision, creativity, and minimal hand-holding.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON:

— High-quality PDF documents and capabilities decks designed in Figma
— Brand assets across Exit Forward
— Presentations and pitch materials for founder meetings
— Social media graphics and digital content
— Website graphics and landing page assets

YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON IF YOU:

— Have 3+ years of professional design experience
— Are highly proficient in Figma — this is non-negotiable
— Have a strong eye for typography, layout, and white space
— Can work within a strict brand system (black and white palette, specific typefaces) without losing creativity
— Communicate clearly and confidently in written and spoken English
— Are proactive — you ask good questions early, not after you've gone the wrong direction
— Are available and online during Perth business hours (9am–5pm AWST)
— Take feedback professionally and iterate quickly
— Have a portfolio that demonstrates clean, professional brand design work

BONUS POINTS:
— Experience designing capabilities decks or investor/sales documents
— Video Editing Experience
— Experience working with Australian or international clients
— Designer / Developer
