We’re a growing Australian business looking for someone to take ownership of contracts, compliance, and internal processes across our team.
This role sits between legal, operations, and CRM management.
You’ll be working directly with the founder to ensure agreements are clear, processes are structured, and the team is following systems properly.
???? What you’ll be doing:
• Reviewing and improving contracts and agreements
• Making sure terms are enforceable and aligned with how we operate
• Building and managing processes inside our CRM (
• Setting up and improving boards, pipelines, and workflows
• Supporting the team to follow processes day-to-day
• Creating simple SOPs for onboarding, delivery, and reporting
• Tracking compliance across deals, clients, and internal workflows
• Identifying gaps or inefficiencies and fixing them.
???? What we’re looking for:
• Background in law or legal work
• Strong understanding of contracts and enforcement
• Experience working with CRMs (Monday, HubSpot, etc.)
• Ability to turn legal thinking into clear, usable processes
• Strong communication and ability to guide a team
• Detail-focused but practical
• Comfortable working directly with a founder
