About the Role
We partner with e-commerce wellness brands to sell high-ticket coaching programs to their existing product buyers. Our leads are warm — these are people who have already purchased a product and are looking for the next step. You are not cold calling strangers.
We have two sales tracks. You will be placed based on your strengths:
Track A — Setter: Contact warm leads, build rapport, qualify the buyer, and book a discovery call. You are the first voice the customer hears.
Track B — Closer: Run the discovery call, identify the buyer's goals and pain points, present the right coaching offer, and close the sale. You are the last voice before payment goes through.
What You Will Do
Make outbound calls to warm product buyers on behalf of our brand partners
Follow proven call scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation
Run discovery conversations to identify buyer goals and obstacles
Present coaching offers clearly and confidently
Handle objections with empathy and logic — no pressure tactics
Send SMS checkout links immediately after verbal agreement on the call
Log every call outcome in the CRM accurately and on time
Participate in daily team huddles and weekly performance reviews
What We Are Looking For
1+ year of outbound sales, phone sales, or call center experience
Confident, warm, and natural on the phone — not robotic or scripted
Resilient — you do not take rejection personally
Coachable — you listen to feedback and implement it immediately
Reliable — you log your calls, you show up, you do the work
Experience in health, wellness, or coaching sales is a plus
Fluent English — additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian) are a bonus
