We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-driven Floor Plan Editor to join our vibrant team. This position is a work-from-home position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00AM to 3:00PM ACDT, in alignment with our production and scheduling needs.

As the Floor Plan Editor, you will play a central role in keeping our production pipeline running smoothly each day. A key component of your work involves quality controlling floor plans each day for accuracy, completing edits in Adobe Illustrator, forecasting workloads, and ensuring all outputs meet client and agency standards. This is a very important part of our business and floor plan accuracy is paramount.

Key Responsibilities - Floor Plan Quality Control:
- Conduct daily checks on floor plans for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.
- Complete edits in Adobe Illustrator software.
- Forecast upcoming floor plan workloads and assess resource needs.
- Identify, record, and communicate discrepancies or design issues.
- Maintain workflow efficiency to meet strict daily deadlines.

About You
You will succeed in this role if you:

- Have excellent English, written and verbal
- Have exceptional attention to detail.
- Have 3 years minimum experience in a similar position.
- Are confident using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Are comfortable with Google Drive, Gmail, and Mac/iOS systems.
- Are highly organised and efficient with task prioritisation.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Enjoy interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Work well independently and as part of a supportive team.
- (Bonus) Have experience or interest in architecture, drafting, or design.
