Business Development Representative (SDR) - Remote | Attain Technology

We are a growing IT Managed Services Provider based in Rhode Island, and we are looking for a sharp, driven Business Development Representative to join our team. If you are a natural communicator who loves the hunt, knows how to open doors, and takes pride in your craft -- this role is for you.

What You Will Be Doing

Prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities via outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
Setting appointments and building pipeline for our sales team
Representing Attain Technology with professionalism and confidence in every interaction
Tracking activity and managing your pipeline in our CRM
Meeting and exceeding monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar outbound sales role
Flawless spoken and written English -- this is non-negotiable
Highly self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a strong sense of ownership
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales workflows
Experience in technology, IT services, or B2B sales is a strong plus

Compensation

Base Pay: $5.00 to $10.00 per hour USD, depending on experience

Bonus: You also earn a per-appointment bonus for every qualified meeting you book that shows up. This is not a token gesture -- it is a real opportunity to meaningfully increase your earnings based on your output. The more you produce, the more you make.
