Job Description:
Dealer Lux is looking for a dedicated SEO Specialist to help optimize our clients' websites and drive organic traffic. This role involves strategic content creation, technical SEO tasks, and daily collaboration with our Organic Marketing Specialist to support ongoing optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong SEO expertise, experience using SEMrush and WordPress, and the ability to handle multiple projects at once.

Key Responsibilities:
• Content creation such as blogs. Editing existing content.
• Technical optimizations (e.g., fixing 404 errors, media and schema data optimization).
• Usability/ADA compliance improvements.
• Optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, headings, alt text, internal linking, and structured data.
• Support off-page SEO efforts including Google Business Profile optimization, social media posting, backlink creation, and online directory management.
• Follow SOPs and work independently.
• Collaborate with the organic marketing team on ongoing SEO projects.

Requirements:
• Proven SEO experience, with a focus on content creation, technical SEO, and backlink strategies.
• Proficiency in WordPress and other SEO tools like SEMRush.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while staying within time constraints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable asking questions to ensure understanding.
• Fluency in English. Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience managing part-time or freelance support teams.
• Knowledge of ADA compliance and website usability best practices.
