Overview
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Social Media Manager to manage and grow multiple brand accounts across the U.S. market. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with our team on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute social media strategies across 20+ client accounts in various industries
Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently across platforms (Instagram,
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand voice
Collaborate with our internal team for content approvals, updates, and campaigns
Track performance metrics and provide regular reports
Stay up to date with trends and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts
Proven experience handling multiple accounts simultaneously (preferably 20+ accounts in the U.S. market across different niches)
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required)
Ability to follow instructions, provide updates, and communicate clearly with the team
Must be available to work full-time during Arizona business hours (8 AM – 5 PM)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with agencies or managing multiple clients
Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
Creative mindset with attention to detail
