JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring hungry, motivated part-time call agents to work outbound calls with business owners as part of our active marketing campaigns. Your job is to engage business owners, qualify them fast, and lock in a Zoo ---------- eting for our sales team.

This is a sales role. You will be picking up the phone, making outbound calls, and fielding inbound calls from business owners. If you are not comfortable owning a conversation, this is not for you.
You will use GoHighLevel (GHL) to schedule appointments and record notes.
Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to business owners
Answer inbound calls from business owners
Follow a proven call flow and script
Ask sharp qualification questions
Schedule Zoom appointments in GoHighLevel (GHL)
Log clean notes in the CRM
Keep a professional, confident, and persuasive tone on every call

Requirements
Clear, professional English
Confident and comfortable owning conversations with business owners
Strong, persuasive phone presence
Reliable internet connection
Quiet, distraction-free workspace
Ability to follow a process and stay consistent
Willing to learn and work inside GoHighLevel (GHL)

Bonuses
$10 per qualified booking
$100 bonus for every contract signed from your booked appointments
Consistent long-term work for agents who deliver

What Is a Qualified Booking
A qualified booking must meet all of the following:
The business owner agrees to a Zoo ---------- eting
The meeting is scheduled in GoHighLevel
The business owner answers all qualification questions correctly
The appointment actually happens (the business owner attends the Zoo ---------- eting)
