We are not like most companies. We focus heavily on video advertisement, and that’s why 30% out of the 20 employees in the company work solely with video. In this in-house position, you’ll be part of a video editing team focused on storytelling that drives real results. As competition in the e-commerce beauty industry is high, our videos must stand out.
Role Overview
As part of our video editing team, you’ll work closely with the team lead and other video editors to create storytelling video advertisements. The videos are mainly for paid ads on Instagram,
Your Responsibilities
Enhance storytelling by adding music, sound effects, pacing, and transitions
Use AI tools when it strengthens the story (guidance provided, no advanced experience required)
Create attention-grabbing hooks that capture the viewer quickly
Edit raw material into engaging and converting video ads
The Requirements
Experience editing e-commerce or direct-response ads
Solid experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus, not required)
Willingness to learn new skills, tools, workflows, and AI
