We are looking for a results-driven Appointment Setter to help generate and book qualified Zoo ---------- etings with prospects interested in online income and business opportunities.
Your role is not to sell or explain the business, but to:
* Start conversations
* Qualify prospects
* Book calls using our calendar system
This is a performance-focused role with clear daily targets and growth opportunities.

???? Key Responsibilities
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
* Identify potential prospects interested in:
* Side income
* Remote work
* Entrepreneurship
* Online business opportunities
* Source leads from:
* LinkedIn
* Facebook groups
* Instagram
* TikTok
* Online communities

2. Outbound Messaging
* Send 120–150 personalized messages per day
* Start conversations using approved scripts
* Customize messages based on each prospect

3. Conversation Management
* Respond to incoming messages
* Ask qualification questions
* Build light rapport
* Guide prospects toward booking a call

4. Qualification
Only move forward with prospects who:
* Are interested in additional income or business
* Are open to learning a new model
* Are willing to attend a Zoom call

5. Appointment Booking
* Send Calendly link to qualified prospects
* Ensure they select a time
* Confirm appointment details
* Track bookings

6. Follow-Up
* Follow up with:
* Non-responders
* Interested prospects who didn’t book
* Booked prospects (confirmation & reminders)
* Maintain consistent follow-up schedule

7. CRM & Tracking
* Track all conversations and statuses
* Maintain organized records of:
* Leads
* Conversations
* Bookings
* Follow-ups

Daily:
* 120–150 new messages sent
* 40+ conversations handled
* 10–15 qualified prospects
* 3+ appointments booked daily
Weekly:
* 14+ Zoom call attendance

* Strong written English communication
* Comfortable using social media platforms
* Ability to follow scripts and processes exactly
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Consistent and disciplined
* Positive, professional tone in conversations

* Do NOT pitch or explain the business
* Do NOT send spam or copy-paste messages
* Do NOT argue with prospects
* Do NOT send links in first messages
* Do NOT make income claims

* Send outreach messages to targeted prospects
* Respond to replies using a script
* Qualify interest
* Book appointments via Calendly

We offer a performance-based structure:
Option A:
* Hourly pay + bonus per booked appointment
Option B:
* Per booked appointment + bonus for show-ups
