ABOUT THE JOB

(Insert Agency Name) is hiring a Virtual Assistant with real insurance quoting experience.
You will help our licensed producers by gathering data, building quotes, and preparing files for presentations.

This is a long-term role for the right VA.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years of insurance quoting experience
Experience with multiple carriers
Experience quoting
– Personal Lines
– Commercial Lines
– Farm and Agriculture is a strong plus
Experience researching property data using
– Zillow
– County Assessor websites
– Tax records and public data

COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS

Strong English speaking and writing skills
You will contact prospects or customers for missing information
Short English video sample required for Phase 2

WORK HOURS

Part-time: 4 hours per day
Full-time: 8 hours per day
Schedule based on final agreement

Collect complete quote information from the customer and other sources
Research properties and risks
Build accurate insurance quotes
Double-check quotes for accuracy
Organize quote files for producers
Solve missing or unclear quote details
Prepare quotes ready for producer presentation
