JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated B2B cold caller / SDR to help us reach local businesses and book qualified demo appointments.

You will be cold calling businesses (barbershops, salons, nails, beauty service businesses) and introducing a powerful AI Receptionist solution that helps them never have to answer calls, never miss calls and book more clients automatically while capturing lost revenue. We also offer SEO and Google Ads so we can help businesses grow and get clients.

Your main goal: Book qualified demos for our closers

What You’ll Be Doing:

-Cold calling businesses daily (200–300 dials/day target)
-Speaking with business owners and decision-makers
-Handling basic objections and building interest
-Booking demos directly into our calendar
-Logging all activity in Google Sheets / CRM
-Updating lead status (called, follow-up, booked, not interested)

What We’re Looking For:

Advanced / Mastery Strong spoken English (clear, confident, natural)

Proven experience in:

Cold calling
Appointment setting
B2B sales
Comfortable handling rejection and high call volume
Ability to follow a script but sound natural
Reliable internet + quiet working environment
Hungry, competitive, and results-driven mindset

BONUS (Huge Advantage):

Experience selling SaaS or digital services
Experience calling US/Canada businesses
Familiar with CRMs or Google Sheets tracking
Experience booking demos for high-ticket offers

Compensation:

Base: $3–$6/hour (depending on experience)

Performance Bonuses:

Additional bonus per closed deal
High performers can earn significantly more through bonuses

Hours:

Full-Time (8 hours per day)
