JOB OVERVIEW

We are a premium careers advisory based in Mayfair, London. Our founder reviewed 10,000+ applications from the hiring side of Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, and the Magic Circle. We have 100+ documented outcomes at the most competitive firms on earth.

We need one person to own the visual packaging of everything that leaves this business. The brand system is fully documented. Every colour, font, template, and rule is locked. Your job is to execute that system consistently and fast.

Every week you will apply our locked thumbnail template to every video before it posts on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. You will package documents and one-pagers before they go to clients. You will maintain visual consistency across all platforms. You will ensure nothing goes live looking wrong.

You must have Canva at expert level. You must have experience with a premium professional services, finance, law, or education brand. You must be fast, detail obsessed, and able to follow a brief precisely without improvising.

We have a complete brand guidelines document, a Canva brand kit with all logos and colours already loaded, and a full asset brief ready to hand over on day one.
