Overview:
The Social Media Coordinator provides creative and production support to the Sales and
Marketing Team, helping to elevate our brand presence and ensure consistent, high-quality
marketing communications across all channels. This role involves managing social media,
content creation, ad campaigns, and working closely with the Lead Real Estate Investment Advisor to implement marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and skilled in multi-channel marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management / Quality Control /Planning / Creation of assets (posts) / monitoring reactions.
• Monitor Marketing Systems
• Create Print/Digital Marketing Materials for all departments as assigned
• Manage production/vendors
• Customize LeadSimple processes and content as needed
• Create/Manage social media and Google Ads campaigns
• Assist in the company’s internal processes
• Engagement with investors and the real estate industry across selected platforms. Included comments, answering questions, etc.
Daily
• Research, compose and post content to the firm’s public and private social media
accounts.
• Address questions, comments, or inquiries on the firm's social media accounts in a
timely manner.
• Forward questions or concerns to appropriate 1836pm team leader as needed.
• Monitor the progress on the ads, update the data and report it to the Lead Real Estate Investment Advisor
• Handle marketing campaigns and projects, and implement steps to make sure the
objectives of each project are met
• Attend to any urgent requests and deliver results in a timely manner
Weekly
• Create graphics for company announcements, events, and social media posts and
schedule for posting to all SJA social pages and other platforms
• Monitor reviews trend on the company’s social media pages and submit weekly reports to
the CEO
Monthly
• Assist in client events promotion and marketing
• Assist Director of Growth with Corporate Marketing Calendar task and announcements
• Coordinate with WebXd for SEO updates
• Perform minimal website optimization tasks
• Update/resolve NAPW issues
Content Planning & Execution:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive 12-month content calendar, ensuring all social media posts and campaigns are planned, created, and finalized at least one month in advance of their scheduled publish date. Present content plans regularly for review and collaboration, incorporating feedback to refine messaging, design, and overall strategy. Proactively drive creative direction while remaining adaptable to audience engagement, performance insights, and evolving trends to continuously optimize content effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms, WordPress, Google Ads, Google analytics, Parseur
and
• Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic understanding of SEO and website management.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment.
