Job Description:

Your efforts will directly contribute to our company’s success by ensuring we have a robust pipeline of qualified leads and accurate information on individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive research to generate and qualify leads across various industries.
Utilize advanced search techniques, databases, and tools to locate individuals for skip tracing purposes.
Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to meet company targets.
Maintain and update lead databases with accurate and relevant information.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
Analyze and report on lead generation and skip tracing metrics to optimize processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices for lead generation and skip tracing.

Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation and/or skip tracing.
Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using lead generation tools, databases, and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with relevant legal and ethical guidelines for skip tracing.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience is preferred in Lead Generation and Skip Tracing
Knowledge of advanced search techniques and tools (e.g., LexisNexis, True People Search, etc.).
Previous experience working in a sales or marketing environment.
