Job Title: Medical Paralegal / Legal Nurse Consultant (LNC)
Company: Braden Blumenstiel Legal Advocates Group, LLC (BBLAG)
Location: Remote (EST hours)

About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Medical Paralegal or Legal Nurse Consultant to join our advocacy-driven team. At BBLAG, we represent individuals and families who have suffered life-changing injuries, particularly those involving vaccine adverse reactions and complex medical negligence. You won’t just be "pushing paper"—you’ll be a critical part of our litigation strategy, helping us decode complex medical records to build winning cases.

What You’ll Do:
Medical Record Deep-Dives: Order, organize, and review voluminous medical records.
Chronologies & Summaries: Create detailed medical chronologies that tell the story of the injury and identify key "smoking gun" entries.
Causation Analysis: Assist in identifying medical theories (like molecular mimicry) and determining if cases meet the criteria for the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) as well as personal injury cases.
Expert Witness Coordination: Act as the bridge between our firm and world-class medical experts to secure reports and testimony.

Who You Are:
The Expert: You are either an RN with legal consulting experience or a Certified Paralegal with a heavy background in Medical Malpractice or Personal Injury.
VICP Knowledge: Experience with Vaccine Act cases is a huge plus, but we’re willing to train the right person who has a strong grasp of immunology or neurology.
Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using (or learning) tools like Filevine and Lead Docket to keep cases moving efficiently.
The Advocate: You care about "Righting Wrongs" and are motivated by helping clients who have been treated unfairly.
