We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Outreach Specialist to help grow our AI-powered career platform. Your main goal is to identify, engage, and convert job seekers in the US by leveraging LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Key Responsibilities
Find and identify potential users (job seekers, tech professionals, students) on LinkedIn
Target US-based candidates actively looking for jobs
Reach out via LinkedIn messages / connection requests
Position our platform as a solution to: Job search struggles, Resume building, Application tracking
Generate qualified leads and sign-ups
Test different outreach messages and strategies
Track performance: Response rate Conversion rate
Build a consistent pipeline of potential users
- Requirements:

Experience with LinkedIn outreach or lead generation
Strong communication & persuasive writing skills
Ability to identify ideal candidate profiles
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
[Tools / Skills]
LinkedIn (advanced search, filters)
Basic CRM / tracking (Google Sheets or similar)
Understanding of:
Job market (especially US tech/job seekers)
Personal branding / resumes (basic)
[Nice to Have]
Experience in: SaaS / startup growth, B2C marketing, Recruitment or HR
Familiar with tools like: LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
