JOB OVERVIEW

We are modernizing our approach to business brokerage and need a contractor who can keep up. Our deal pipeline runs on OpenClaw AI, n8n workflow automation, Go High Level, and Google Drive. We need someone who can build and maintain the marketing layer on the same stack — GHL funnels and automations, n8n integrations, AI-assisted content production, and short-form video that turns a broker on camera into a publishing engine. WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own Go High Level end-to-end — build and maintain pipelines, contact workflows, nurture sequences, landing pages, and lead capture funnels for seller leads, CPA referral partners, and SBA lenders
- Build and maintain n8n workflows integrating GHL, Google Drive, Google Forms, and our document generation pipeline — no developer handholding
- Produce and edit short-form video content for automations, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok; use Descript for transcript-based editing, captions, and audio correction
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI) for copy drafting, content repurposing, and visual asset creation
- Manage content calendar and publishing schedule across all platforms
- Maintain branded PDF library in Adobe Acrobat — fact sheets, seller packages, buyer packages, and listing presentations
- Manage listings on BBF MLS and BizBuySell
- Run email newsletter and outreach sequences to our referral network through GHL
- Support LinkedIn and personal brand content for the firm's principal

REQUIREMENTS

- Go High Level — pipelines, automations, forms, funnels, sequences (required, hands-on)
- n8n, Zapier, or Make — must be able to build and troubleshoot workflows without a developer (required)
- Google Workspace — Drive, Forms, Docs; comfortable in a Drive-based document environment
- Video editing and short-form content production — CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent
- Descript — transcript-based editing, audio correction, captions (required)
- AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar; active daily user
- Adobe Acrobat / PDF production
- Available during US Eastern Time business hours
- Fluent written English, professional communication
