We are a growing agency that caters to health and wellness practices looking to build an end-to-end AI-powered paid advertising system — from competitive ad intelligence and creative generation through to campaign launch, A/B testing, conversion tracking, and patient scheduling. This is a ground-up build of a fully automated marketing engine that connects Meta and Google campaigns directly to our EHR (Jane App) and CRM.
You will own the architecture, tooling decisions, integrations, and delivery of this system. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role with the opportunity to build something that runs largely without manual intervention once live.
What you will build
Ad intelligence scraping pipeline (Meta Ad Library, Google, competitor research)
AI creative generation workflow — copy, hooks, headlines, and image prompts
Automated campaign setup and launch on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
A/B testing engine with automated winner identification and budget reallocation
Full-funnel tracking: Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), Google Tag, UTM attribution
CTA automation — consult booking and webinar registration with SMS/email confirmation
Post-CTA drip sequences (attended, missed, no-show, follow-up) via CRM
Integration with Jane App for scheduling, intake, and payment
Unified analytics dashboard: CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, show-up rate, close rate
Automated weekly reporting with anomaly detection alerts
What we are looking for
Required
Proven experience building paid media automation systems (Meta + Google)
Strong grasp of full-funnel attribution — Pixel, CAPI, UTMs, server-side tracking
Hands-on with AI tools for copy and creative generation (GPT-4, Claude, or equivalent)
CRM automation experience (GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
API integration skills — connecting ad platforms, CRMs, and scheduling tools
Familiarity with HIPAA constraints in digital advertising
Nice to have
Experience with Jane App or similar healthcare EHR
Background in health, wellness, or regulated-industry advertising
GoHighLevel build experience (pipelines, automations, sub-accounts)
Webinar funnel experience (Zoom, Demio, or similar)
Dashboard and reporting tool experience (Looker Studio, Databox, or custom)
Zapier / Make / N8N automation for middleware integrations
Engagement is Project-based
Timeline 60–90 day build maximum
Compensation is negotiable based on scope and experience. Ongoing retainer available for the right candidate post-launch. There is PLENTY of work for the right person. Please include a brief overview of a similar system you have built and your proposed approach when applying.
