Job Overview
We are a fast-growing home service company based in the United States, and we are looking for a highly reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team.
This role is heavily focused on phone communication, so you must have a clear, natural American-sounding accent and be confident speaking with customers.
You will be responsible for handling incoming leads, scheduling appointments, following up with customers, and helping keep our operations organized and running smoothly.
This is not just a data entry role.
You will be one of the first impressions customers have of our company.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls from customers
Call new leads quickly and follow up consistently
Schedule estimates and jobs on the calendar
Send and respond to texts and
Enter and update customer information in our CRM
Follow up with customers after jobs to ensure satisfaction
Ask happy customers for reviews
Communicate with our internal team via Slack
Help keep schedules organized and efficient
What We’re Looking For
1. Strong English & Phone Presence (MOST IMPORTANT)
Clear, natural American-sounding accent
Confident speaking on the phone
Easy to understand
Friendly but professional tone
If you do not sound natural on the phone, this role will not be a fit.

Phone support or call center experience
CRM experience (Housecall Pro is a plus)
Scheduling or dispatching experience
Work Hours
Must be available during U.S. business hours (Mountain Time)
