**Creative Strategist – Beauty & Skincare Brand**
**About the Role**
We are a fast-growing DTC beauty & skincare brand scaling through paid social, creator content, and performance-driven marketing.
We are looking for an experienced Creative Strategist to take ownership of our creative direction and lead the development of high-performing ad concepts.
This role is responsible for turning customer insights, market research, and performance data into creative strategies that drive profitable growth.
You will work closely with the founder, media buyers, and creative team to develop winning ad angles, oversee creative production, and continuously improve creative performance across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
• Lead the development of new advertising angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks
• Translate customer insights and research into high-performing ad concepts
• Write clear creative briefs and scripts for ads and video content
• Analyze ad performance data and identify winning patterns
• Guide the creative team (editors, creators, UGC partners) to execute concepts effectively
• Continuously test new ideas, formats, and storytelling approaches
• Help structure and improve the brand’s creative testing process

**What We’re Looking For**
• Proven experience in creative strategy, copywriting, or performance marketing within DTC/eCommerce
• Strong understanding of direct response marketing and consumer psychology
• Experience creating ad concepts for Meta, TikTok, or other paid social platforms
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable creative insights
• Strong storytelling and messaging skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple creative tests simultaneously
