We are a growing home improvement brand with a strong presence on Amazon.
We’re looking for an experienced Amazon operator who can take ownership of our catalog, solve complex issues independently, and improve how we operate over time.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and going beyond basic task execution.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Amazon Catalog Management
> Create, update, and maintain listings (flat files & manual)
> Resolve suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and variation issues
> Monitor catalog health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies
> Maintain accurate and optimized product data

Issue Resolution & Account Support

> Submit appeals and Plans of Action (POAs)
> Communicate effectively with Amazon Seller Support
> Take ownership of issues through to resolution

Reporting & Insights
> Track listing and catalog performance
> Identify trends impacting sales or visibility
> Provide insights and recommendations

Promotions & Content Support
> Set up and troubleshoot promotions, coupons, and deals
> Support listing updates and A+ content improvements
> Implement seasonal or pricing updates accurately

Process Improvement
> Identify recurring issues and inefficiencies
> Create SOPs and documentation
> Improve workflows over time

Requirements
> 2–4 years of Amazon catalog or account management experience
> Strong experience resolving listing issues and policy-related problems
> Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
> Excellent written English
> Reliable and organized in a remote work environment

What We’re Looking For
> Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
> Strong problem-solving and research skills
> Detail-oriented and organized
> Clear and professional communicator
> Interested in long-term growth

What Success Looks Like
> Listings remain active, accurate, and compliant
> Issues are resolved efficiently and thoroughly
> Amazon cases are handled confidently
> Reports are clear and actionable
> Processes improve over time

How to Apply
To apply, please answer the following:
> Describe a specific Amazon listing issue you resolved (suppression, variation, or policy issue). What was the root cause and how did you fix it?
> When a listing gets suppressed, what steps do you take before contacting Seller Support?
> What tools, reports, or methods do you use to monitor catalog health?
> Share your experience with flat files. What types of updates have you handled?
> Include the word “operator” in the subject line so we know you read this.

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow into a high-level Amazon role and take real ownership of their work.
