Marketing Coordinator
Entry-Level | Full-Time | Marketing Department
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you will support day-to-day marketing efforts spanning content creation, digital presence, SEO, and brand campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated self-starter to gain hands-on experience across the full marketing mix while working alongside experienced marketers.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Copywriting
• Write clear, engaging copy for website pages, blog posts,
• Assist in developing a consistent brand voice across all written communications
• Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure accuracy and quality
Website Editing & Management
• Update and maintain website content using a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
• Ensure all web pages are up to date, accurately reflect current campaigns and product/service offerings
• Coordinate with design and development teams to implement changes and improvements
• Monitor website performance and flag issues for resolution
Digital & SEO
• Support on-page SEO efforts including keyword research, meta descriptions, and content optimization
• Assist with managing paid and organic digital marketing initiatives
• Track and report on website traffic, rankings, and campaign performance using Google Analytics and similar tools
Brand & Campaigns
• Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, assets, and approvals
Assist with proposals.
Qualifications
Required
• Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic website editing
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing concepts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
Preferred
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or another CMS platform
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEMrush
• Exposure to
• Basic graphic design skills or experience with Canva / Adobe Creative Suite
• Previous internship or coursework in marketing, communications, or digital media
