JOB OVERVIEW

I own a vacation rental property management company called Alto Management in Arizona, USA. We manage a total of 60 units right now, which is a combination of houses, hotel rooms, glamping units, etc. The property count is around 25 but some of the properties are hotels with many units.

I am looking for a full time employee who has several years of airbnb property management experience to join our team. The main responsibilities would be:
- Guest communications
- Managing a group of cleaners
- Updating spread sheets with cleaner pay, listing health (reviews)
- Daily end of day reports
- Mandatory 2x per week meetings with management
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with handymen
- Pricing on listings
- etc...

We require experience using property management softwares, pricing softwares, cleaner management softwares, AI, etc.

Please in your application tell me exactly which softwares you are comfortable using, which companies you have worked with that is direct experience, and ideal start date and schedule.
