Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and deliver campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and
Paid Media Management
Run and optimise PPC and paid social campaigns. Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, and performance to drive measurable results.
Email
Build and manage newsletter campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
SEO
Implement and improve SEO across client websites. Conduct keyword research, optimise content, and support technical improvements.
Tracking & Analytics
Set up and manage tracking across Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and tools such as Microsoft Clarity. Ensure data accuracy and usability.
Performance Monitoring
Track performance across all channels. Identify issues, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Apply changes based on data.
Project Management
Organise and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Set timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure campaigns are executed properly.
Client Communication
Act as a point of contact for clients. Provide updates, explain performance, and manage expectations.
Content & Creative Input
Work with design and content. Create or adapt basic assets where needed for ads,
Requirements
3+ years experience in digital marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Business Suite
Experience setting up and managing
Strong understanding of SEO (on-page, technical, and content)
Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console
Strong organisational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
Clear communication with both clients and internal teams
Basic understanding of design and content creation
