JOB OVERVIEW

Advanced Dental Center is seeking two full-time Dental Insurance Verification to join our team remotely. Each admin will be assigned an individual clinic to work with. The ideal candidate must work eastern standard hours. They should have strong spoken and written English, and be comfortable communicating with patients by phone, text, and email. The right candidate must be highly organized and detail oriented. We are looking for a candidate with dental experience ONLY.

Responsibilities to include:

• Answer incoming patient calls and schedule appointments
• Reschedule canceled or missed appointments
• Contact no-show patients by phone, text, and email
• Respond to patients through Dental Intel chat system
• Pull and work patient opportunity reports from Dental Intel
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule overdue recall, unscheduled treatment, and inactive patients
• Discuss account balances and payment expectations with patients
• Confirm appointments and help reduce broken appointments
• Fill open schedule gaps and maintain a productive schedule for doctors and hygienists
• Maintain short-call and ASAP lists to fill same-day openings
• Follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment plans
• Document all communication attempts and scheduling activity accurately in the patient profile
