We are looking for a reliable, proactive Sales & Operations Assistant who enjoys talking to people, following up with leads, and helping turn conversations into clients.
This role is a mix of sales support, lead follow-up, and CRM management.
About the Business
We operate in the coaching, personal development, and business growth space, similar to brands like Tony Robbins, Jeff Walker, Mary Morrissey, Amy Porterfield, and Cody Sanchez.
We help coaches and entrepreneurs grow their business through marketing, content, and client acquisition systems.
Your Responsibilities
1. Lead Follow-Up & Communication
Respond to inbound leads via SMS,
Follow up consistently with prospects who haven’t responded
Build rapport and keep conversations moving forward
Book qualified calls
2. Outbound Messaging
Reach out to potential leads using provided scripts
Start conversations and qualify interest
Move leads into the pipeline
3. CRM Management
Update and manage leads inside our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Apply tags, move opportunities, and track conversations
Ensure no lead is forgotten or missed
(Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus, but not required. Experience with any CRM and a willingness to learn quickly is more important.)
What We’re Looking For
Strong written and conversational English communication skills
Experience with sales, lead follow-up, or appointment setting
Experience using a CRM system (any platform)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Consistent, reliable, and proactive
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
